About the game:

Try opening it using the witcher2 application in C:\Program Files (x86)\Black_Box\The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings\bin worked for me

The password is “www.blackboxrepack.com” without http://.
To patch the game you need the original witcher2.exe and paul.dll and the skidrow crack that comes with a modified Patcher_EFIGS.exe. After applying that patch you can download all the official patches and it will update normally in this order:
Patcher_1.1_International.exe
Patcher_1.2.exe
Patch_1_3.exe
Patcher_1_3_5.exe
patch2_0_INT.exe

It worked for me :).
