Visit Downloaddll.com and search for the missing file, download it and copy to the game install folder. and the game will work :)
I have the same problem, also when I install GFWL client it needs the Key for the game to start.
Can you please help us how to properly get this release to work?
I’m sure we can, but we have to do something which is not included in the Install Notes.

i downloaded a repack version before of fable 3 ………but it need it a serial number to get into the game cannot find any where ….do i need a serial number to play this game or it works without it ..and if need one can somebody help me plz ???????????
