here is the solution:
For Windows 7 Users
1. Right click on the desktop icon for MW3
2. Go to “Properties”
3. Go to “Compatibility” tab
4. Tick the box “Run this program as Administrator”
5. Click Apply
6. Run the Game
7. Enjoy BLACK BOX!
8. Should I put here how to play? NO way!

** REAL “SURVIVAL” SOLUTION ** IT WORKS! TESTED, NO B.S. OR VIRUS, SPYWARE, ETC
FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO PLAY SURVIVAL MODE
1. Download the relative map files here: http://www.mediafire.com/?cm0x6zhtdx464
Like if you want to play village in survival mode, download mp_village.ff , mp_village_load.ff and so_survival_mp_village.ff
NOTE:- I have found no virus here, but I take no guarantee as it’s not me who uploaded these files.
2. Copy the files to game directory/zones/english
3. Launch the game
4. Choose special ops and the survival and for the map you have downloaded
5. Survive!
MP will still be inaccessible as mp is removed, but you will be able to play Survival Mode.
PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!!
